Operations and Delivery Officer
Job description
- In charge of data feeds extraction, testing and deliveries operations.
- In charge of indexes deliveries and rebalances operations.
- Analyzing and solving operational issues.
- Ensuring superior quality data and check points for all reports and deliveries.
- Assisting in automating data extraction and testing processes.
- Developing the necessary communication with internal teams, partners, and clients to ensure adhering to IdealRatings service level agreement
- Maintaining our proprietary, high-performance index platform.
- Continuously identifying and implementing optimization opportunities within our processes.
- Back-testing of new systematic investment strategies.
- Supporting and conducting tests of platform changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Economics.
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Ability to pay meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage workloads effectively in a pressured environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours and night shifts.
- Good communication skills both written and spoken.
- English & Arabic language fluency both written and spoken.
- Excellent experience with MS Office tools (MS Word & MS Excel).
- Basic knowledge of Python is a plus.
- Previous experience in operations management position is a plus.
- Innovative mindset and hands-on approach.
- Logical and structured approach.
