Youssri Helmy, Chairman
Mr. Helmy is an accomplished entrepreneur with more than 20 years experience bringing new technologies to market and growing companies. As co-founder of ITWorx, Mr. Helmy grew the company to become the Middle East’s largest software outsourcing firm before a consortium of private equity investors acquired it in 2007. As the original inventor and co-founder of Swan Labs Mr. Helmy capitalized on the then nascent network optimization segment, and the company was later sold to F5.

Mohamed Donia, CEO
Mr. Donia has many years of experience delivering solutions in the financial services marketplace. Most recently Mr. Donia was Co-founder of Cogency software where he helped define Cogency solutions for the hedge funds and fund of funds firms to become a leading solution provider with some of the world’s largest hedge funds and fund of funds as clients. Prior to joining Cogency Software, Mr. Donia was Vice President of Applications at TenFold corporation where he was responsible for defining and delivering several solutions for Fortune 500 customers in the financial services, banking, and energy verticals. Mr. Donia held several management positions at PepsiCo, and started his career at Proctor and Gamble.

I. Mougy, VP Engineering
Mr. Mougy has more than 20 years of experience in the software industry. Prior to joining IdealRatings, he was a senior computer scientist at Adobe Systems Inc. where he worked on several Adobe products, prior to that he was at Corel. Mr. Mougy architected and wrote software used by millions of computer users worldwide, and he participated in designing and building several cutting edge graphics, Rich Internet Applications and mobile technologies.
